Connection is Hiring a Help Desk Technician (Hybrid) Near Westerville, OH

Connection has a fantastic opportunity for a hybrid Help Desk Technician with an insurance agency in Westerville, OH. This will be a contract-to-hire opportunity providing 75% phone support and 25% deskside support. This will be full time, M-F, and start times can range from 7:30 AM EST to 8:30 AM EST and will be hybrid (3 days in the office: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) with Tuesdays and Thursdays being remote.

The hybrid Help Desk Technician will provide technical support on general hardware and software issues throughout the organization. This individual will answer mostly level 1 calls, unlocking accounts and re-setting passwords, VDI re-sets, and working with Active Directory. The environment is primarily a virtual desktop/laptop environment and is moving towards a mobile/virtual environment.
Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Experience working with Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows 10
Experience troubleshooting Hardware/software issues, printer issues. Experience with unlocking accounts/password re-sets.
Azure and Intune experience is preferred
Experience working in an office environment, shipping equipment out, setting up user workstations
